It is predicted that this move will cause a considerable hike in land prices across many areas, particularly in Bareilly where most regions and colonies situated within the district are expected to see an increase in property values.

DD Puram which is a residential area can expect more impacts than any other place, there’s already talk about proposals for raising it by INR6000 per sq m – currently at INR60000 per square meter but soon they might go up to INR66000 psm. AIG Stamp Tej Singh Yadav said that objections to proposed circle rates will be accepted till July 22. On July 25, DM will hear the objections in the Vikas Bhavan auditorium after which the circle rates will be finalized.
