• Storage in Northeast: Use as transit or lightweight storage only. Keep heavy inventory in the most structurally stable zones. Increase ventilation and shelving to reduce direct contact with damp flooring.
• Drainage issues: Use raised pallets, dehumidifiers, and epoxy flooring with proper slopes to avoid water accumulation. Install mechanical ventilation to maintain dry conditions.
