The National Highway of Bareilly will be connected with NH-24 (National Highway 24). This will reduce traffic jams and time spent on traveling. Badaun Road is planned to link up with it through Chaubari, which will enable direct access from Bareilly to Mathura. Within two years, a new national highway is going to be built in Bareilly. National Highway 530-B shall extend from Bareilly to Mathura.

In 2018, what was once known as the State Highway of Mathura was made into a six-lane road for national use. It was initially called National Highway 530 but later renamed 530-B after being extended up to Bareilly. The project has been divided into four parts; phase one covers Kasganj-Mathura while phase two covers Kasganj-Hathras and phase three deals with Kasganj–Badaun roads and lastly phase four covers Badaun–Bareilly roads.

NH-530B to Link Bareilly with Mathura

Once it becomes six lanes wide all the way up to Ramganga riverbanks near Kalinjar, it would take the Chaubari village en route connecting NH-24 (National Highway connecting Delhi and Lucknow) . NH-530B officials have taken over the charge of Badaun route of whereas work at Badaun Road itself is on the fast track. This should be done within the next two years.

43 villages’ land would be acquired for this purpose so that NH-24 can connect to National Highway 530-B. A plan has been drawn out for acquiring lands near Chaubari where the highway passes by , but ADM has been directed by higher authorities like the district magistrate collector,s etc., who were already aware of ongoing activities regarding the acquisition process whose steps are being expedited.

This highway will make traveling between Bareilly Mathura easier than ever before. When these improvements are complete it is expected not only will there be fewer traffic jams but trade and economic activities will grow substantially. The reduced travel time will greatly benefit the citizens of both cities and play a main role in the area’s growth .
