On Tuesday, a man intentionally hit a woman employee with his car at the Kashi toll Plaza located along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and quickly escaped from there. Since then, the CCTV footage of the accident has become popular online and sparked off different comments by people.

The video begins with an aggressive conversation between the driver of this car and a female toll operator standing right in front of his vehicle. The next thing he does is change gears and accelerate his car until it crashes into her.

Then, she is catapulted onto the bonnet of the car before being thrown to the ground several meters away. Not hesitating even for a second, he moves on without stopping.

Going into details, Anil Sharma, who is the manager at Kashi toll plaza told ANI that this happened in Partapur Area during an argument between a motorist from Delhi and toll booth workers over payment. It culminated in a situation where this fellow hit one of their staff members hard with his vehicle resulting in serious injuries.

Anil Sharma urged them to speed up investigations so as to prevent future occurrences. Meanwhile, she has been taken to hospital for medical treatment.

Law enforcement having filed a First Information Report (FIR) against the accused person is being actively investigated now seeking his arrest. To track him down they are using CCTVs from the Toll plazas which will help them monitor each movement made by him and also see at what point it can be possible to find his vehicle.
