Godrej Properties has purchased two land parcels in Greater Noida for Rs 842 crore, with expected sales of over Rs 5,000 crore from these residential project developments on a total area of 17.5 acres. According to the filing on Friday, the firm said that it is the highest bidder for these Greater Noida sites.

Approximately about 17.5 acres jointly are covered by the two plots and are likely to produce more than Rs 5,000 crore in proceeds, it added.

Godrej Properties Highest Bidder

Godrej Properties had participated in an e-auction conducted by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) for residential group housing plots and has emerged as the highest bidder with a total bid value of Rs 842 crore for two parcels, according to SBI\’s e-tendering portal.

Allotment letters will be issued by GNIDA after following due procedures. These plots are strategically located at Sector Sigma – III covering 9.5 acres and Sector 12 covering eight acres which are prime locations within Greater Noida having a development potential of approximately 3.75 million square feet.
