The shaky details could, however, be transformed into accomplishments, as the Yamuna Authority has granted clearance to develop a semiconductor park within the enclosures of the Jewar International Airport. This over 1000-acre park to be created is expected not only to hasten development within the local area but also enhance the global state of sciences and technology in the nation.

The Yamuna Authority has earmarked land in Sector 10 for the semiconductor park and land acquisition procedures are off the ground fast. The land will be acquired from smallholder farmers through voluntary land acquisition ensuring development is done in a continuous and orderly manner with no disturbances.

The Yamuna Authority straegically hopes to cooperate with a significant corporation in order to construct electrical main deposits, sewage systems, pipes, and other things necessary for these activities. Additionally, housing complexes for employed persons and their dependents, expansive recreation zones, educational institutions, and shopping centers will be erected. This will benefit the residents of the community in terms of high service enjoyment by those who work in the area.
