This time booking a flat will be like booking an airplane ticket, said Dr. Arunvir Singh. Buyers can choose a location, area, floor number, and flat number during the online bookings only need to pay the booking amount initially and the rest of the payment should be done in phases.

“Our aim is to provide people with an opportunity where they can buy flats as per their choice. The buyer will get possession of the flat only after making full payment for it”, he added. This will ensure transparency in the construction and allocation process also these are aimed at checking illegal colonies from being constructed in the city along with providing affordable housing to EWS/LIG etc as per their capacity.
