The Greater Noida Authority is planning to build a flyover in Shahberi, Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh. This lively area has been famous for its heavy traffic jams which have been a cause of annoyance and delay for the people commuting through this region. The Authority has taken notice of this matter urgently and is going to construct a flyover there with the intention of improving accessibility for residents as well as visitors while easing the traffic flow.

Shahberi acts as a major link between Ghaziabad, Noida, and Greater Noida thus serving many people who travel from these cities daily. It also serves as an important transit route for those coming from Hapur and Delhi showing how much it contributes towards the regional transportation network. However, despite all these benefits that come along with being strategically located; Shahberi Road itself is very narrow coupled by furniture bars, residential societies, and villages which are along its edges hence causing chronic congestion due to bottlenecks created especially during peak hours when thousands are commuting.

In order to address this problem, The Greater Noida authority intends to construct a flyover on Shahberi Road. Another thing that should be done by the Authority is widening of the road which shall involve repairs on damaged drains and optimizing surrounding infrastructure. This will further enhance the free movement of vehicles thus ensuring efficient operation of the flyover upon completion.
