Benefits of PM Awas Yojana

Publication of PM Awas Yojana list online informs beneficiaries about who will get benefit under scheme. Construction work on their house is supposed to start within one month after listing them. First installment of ₹25,000 will be credited in their accounts for starting construction once listed. Next installments will be transferred as per construction progress with aim to complete construction within maximum five months.
